As a 4 Miles 4 Diabetes volunteer you will receive a Volunteer T-shirt, breakfast food during the pre-race briefing and sponsor provided goodies!
Based on the station that you choose you will receive detailed information on when to arrive at the race site on race day and how long you will be asked to stay.

If you wish to register a friend or family member who would like to volunteer as well you will be given the option to return to the volunteer signup page after each submission.
The number of volunteers Needed and Available is updated daily and may not reflect recent signups received.
Race Day Registration Booths Needed: 4 Available: 1
Volunteers who volunteer to work the registration area will also be asked to help setup post race food tables after the race has begun. Therefore making this the first group to eat!
Packet Pickup Booths Needed: 8 Available: 0
Volunteers who volunteer to work the Packet Pickup Tables will also be asked to help setup post race food tables after the race has begun.
Information Roamer Needed: 1 Available: 0
Volunteers must be loud and friendly! Roamer will be asked to roam around and tell people as they arrive where to go based on what they need to do (Register, Pickup Packet, Restroom etc.). Information Roamer will also be asked to roam outside the stadium to guide runners out onto the course and back in again.
Hydration Station Needed: 12 Available: 6
Volunteers must be loud and proud to cheer on and help out thirsty runners and walkers! Volunteers will be asked to fill, hand out and pickup discarded cups as needed. Plastic gloves will be provided.
Parking Lot Attendants Needed: 2 Available: 0
Volunteers will be asked to direct cars into the appropriate lots and keep certain areas clear for runners and walkers. After parking, Parking Lot Attendants will be asked to report to a pre-assigned course location to direct runners along the course.
Course Marshalls Needed: 11 Available: 6
Volunteers will be asked to direct runners and walkers along the course and cheer them on as they pass by. If stationed at a cross road, marshalls will be asked to turn away cars attempting to access Henry Street, which will be closed on race morning.
