One in 10 people in our
community will develop diabetes.
The Central Ohio Diabetes Association helps nearly 200,000 Ohioans with diabetes detect
their condition, prevent onset and complications, and learn to live well with the
challenge of diabetes. On Sunday, December 2nd,
runners and walkers can help make a difference by supporting the exceptional work of the
Central Ohio Diabetes Association. 100% of proceeds of 4 Miles 4 Diabetes will directly
help local diabetics dramatically improve their quality of life. |

| 4 Miles 4 Diabetes is walker friendly,
family friendly and speedster friendly. Awards will be presented to the top three female
and male finishers and to the top three under 18 finishers! Music and entertainment provided by Kate Burdett of Mix 97.1 . Listen to Kate every weekday

On course music, entertainment and encouragement provided by local cheerleaders, marching
band members and volunteers! |
| Sunday December 2nd, 2007 Packet Pickup will be held at Second Sole Delaware
during normal business hours on 11/31 and 12/1.
Race Day Registration and Packet Pickup is from 7:30
AM to 8:20 AM

| 4 Miles 4 Diabetes will take place in
Delaware Ohio and will run through the beautiful Ohio Wesleyan campus where participants
will be cheered on by local cheerleaders and marching band members! After the race,
everyone will be treated to music and entertainment from Mix 97.1, special guests, prize
drawings and great food and beverages. 4 Miles
4 Diabetes will start and finish at Selby Stadium at Ohio Wesleyan University.
